Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, to ensure a smooth process and protect both parties, we have a strict delivery inspection rule. • Mandatory Inspection: We highly recommend inspecting your parcel in front of the delivery person. For visible external damage or incorrect items, claims may be denied if not reported immediately. For internal defects, you must contact us with a clear unboxing video within 3 days. • Full or Partial Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please return the damaged items immediately through the delivery person. If the entire order is damaged, we will bear all delivery and return courier charges. If there is partial damage, or if one item in a combo/set is damaged, we will resolve it by providing a replacement for the damaged product or issuing an appropriate partial refund. • Change of Mind & Partial Delivery: If you decide to return a product you simply do not like, or if you choose to take a partial delivery (keeping some items and returning others), you will be responsible for the original delivery charge plus a return fee equal to 50 TK (applicable for outside Dhaka). • Exchanges: All exchanges are subject to stock availability and item's type. • Refunds: Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days (maximum 10 days as per government guidelines). If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability, we will notify you within 48 hours and refund your payment within 72 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., the same bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for the purchase).
