We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless your order includes handmade or custom products. • Delivery Time: Once dispatched from our warehouse, your order will usually arrive within 1–3 days inside Dhaka (maximum 5 days as per government guidelines), and within 1–5 days outside Dhaka (maximum 10 days as per government guidelines). • Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible areas. However, we reserve the right to request the delivery charge in advance if a customer’s profile shows a history of returned/canceled parcels, or if the profile is new and lacks sufficient online ordering history.
